Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!! We don't know what Toyota Service Advisor Russ Pena is taking. But we do know what he's psyched up with! He's surrounded by motivational signs hanging everywhere, like "First Team Forever" or "FIRST TEAM FOREVER: You First," and he takes YOU First very seriously. How do we know?
