Worst dealership. Buy an 80k vehicle. Have 2 warranty concerns at less than 7k miles. Ask for a loaner and told you will have to pay for it. I am under factory warranty with Toyota. It does not matter what location it is purchased from. No one will return phone calls. Poor customer service.

Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. If l could give a lower rating l would. It took a day and a half to diagnose a problem after l told them what the issue was at drop off. They gave a $3400 estimate to replace the torque converter. This issue should fall under the life time drive train warranty. They submitted the claim and a week later and still haven’t heard a peep from the service department. Took the truck home and changed the transmission fluid which by the way they claim is life time transmission fluid. Fixed the problem for 70 bucks. Definitely won’t be purchasing ... Outstanding service! David Reese provided the best service I have ever experienced. I would consider him as a valuable asset for First Team Toyota. He truly knows how to treat a customer so they will want to keep coming back.

The dealership was good and helped me get into my car. What I do not care for is the FORCED services when you try to use the free oil change for life program! It is ridiculous to pay a minimum of $55 to have a cabin air filter changed in a car. The filter may cost at most $20 and take all of 5 minutes on the outside to install! Does that mean the techs are making $420/hour? Very much taking advantage of what could be a good thing and keep customer loyalty.

We don't know what Toyota Service Advisor Russ Pena is taking. But we do know what he's psyched up with! He's surrounded by motivational signs hanging everywhere, like "First Team Forever" or "FIRST TEAM FOREVER: You First," and he takes YOU First very seriously.
How do we know? Many examples, but here's one: We had gotten our headlights cleaned before by reputable companies, even two car wash companies, but nothing worked. Replacing the headlight assembly, another option, would have been so expensive.

First Team Toyota is the only Toyota dealership near me or I would never ever use them. Since this last visit for a simple oil, I now have a 5 or 6 inch oil spot on my driveway and a skid plate covered in oil. They are the worst !!!

Worst experience ever bought my truck there and have been treated like garbage ever since the service sucks from the time you pull in the garage til the time you leave.

Multiple very bad experiences. Rude reception staff, very long wait time for repairs and damage to my vehicle. I have the white leather interior and on the first visit the worker had a pen in her pocket when she drove the truck leaving an ink mark on the console. They “fixed” a warrant issue, then they did not put my car back together causing the front end to almost split, causing to replace two rims, two tires, 2 hub bearing units. A year later hub bearing is going bad again, the part is on national back order and the only part available is aftermarket. They won’t pay for the aftermarket part. They will break your vehicle then make you pay for their mistakes. GO TO PRIORITY!!!!!

Timothy Martin did a phenomenal job throughout the purchase/delivery process. Tim communicated regularly with us, providing updates as our 2023 Highlander was built. Tim ensured we were updated on the build status and shipping (by rail from Princeton Indiana and by ground). We bought our 2018 Tacoma at First Team and have always has great service, except this one time. On May 20th, my wife brought our vehicle in because of slow leak in a tire. Service pumped up the tire, and told my wife the tires were getting close to needing replacement (this was no surprise as they have 55K miles on them). Buyers beware!! We recently stopped by to browse new models. We were nit driving the vehicle we were considering to trade (19 Pilot Elite). We looked at the the 21 Highlander Platinum Hybrid AWD. (Which we ultimatwly bought) Our concern whwn looking at it was the space in the third row. It looked tight. But we were assured the redesigned model actually had more space than our Pilot. Two weeks ago I priced a vehicle and that was it. Said I wasn't interested. Since then I receive daily calls, tests, and emails from Caitlin White. I've opted out, been nice, and multiple times said I am not interested. She is the most annoying Sales rep I have ever dealt with.

Beware the unadvertised $100 diagnostic fee! While not an uncommon fee, this is the first shop I've ever worked with who didn't advertise it, didn't mention it during scheduling, and didn't mention it when discussing service with service tech. When I suggested they not charge me if they didn't communicate properly I was threatened with a lien on my vehicle. There are other shops who do the same work and in a more professional manner.

Tommy is awesome would recommend all my friends to see him if you are looking for a new car I was well taken care of.

The sales people like everywhere else, the same behavior. I had no problem with the sales person, but the appraisal manager had no people skills. I was insulted by his very low offer for my car. My car had only 55k and he offered me $1.500. No people skills. Sorry for the dealership to have someone like that on that position. Myself, my family and my friends will never purchase anything from that dealership.

I walked in picked my car and paid cash for it. This dealer didn’t even call XM for me and transfer my services. The sales person even argued with me that it was not necessary to do that. Therefore I paid 2 bills. There is nothing good much less exceptional about this dealership. Service dept is lax and a real nightmare. It’s manager doesn’t even know what is going on. This dealership promised me a feature that was not present on a vehicle to get me in the door. They did not provide a Carfax and I later discovered the vehicle was involved in a previous accident. It also smells like smoke and the odor will not go away. I’ve asked them for assistance in finding a new vehicle and they refuse to respond to emails and phone calls. Took my car to get an oil change. Get in my car and the check engine light, VCS light and my Track light was in. Don’t know much about cars but I do know that those lights should not be on after an oil change. After driving half way home and having to take my car back to the dealership twice. I’m very unhappy and my whole morning spent driving back and forth. Been coming here for years. Will not be coming back

Towed a Toyota truck here with a leaking brake line. They said they couldn't fix it. Tried to sell me a new truck. Toyota dealership very disappointing

I bought the 4Runner from them while I was transitioning from overseas. They met my specific requests (i.e., color, type, model, etc.) with no hassle and at no time did they attempt to sway my decision, but instead insisted they would find the exact match...They did!

My title should be their names. We went there wanting to buy a truck and when we went to this dealership they did not have the truck we wanted. They begged and pleaded for us to sign a contract on a truck that wasn't even there yet. When the truck finally did arrive, they wanted us to put a deposit on the truck to "hold" it.
